1. Return Policy
We offer our customers the option to return purchased products under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products showing physical damage caused by improper use or customer negligence.

3. Refurbished Product Warranty
All refurbished computers sold in our store are covered by a warranty for the customer's peace of mind:
- Warranty Duration: All our products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional failures.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty includes the repair or replacement of the defective product at no additional cost to the customer. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full or partial refund will be offered, depending on the case.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, modifications, or improper handling of the product, nor does it cover normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Warranty Claim Process: If the customer experiences a problem with the product within the warranty period, they should contact our customer service team to receive instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If the customer receives a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery:
- The customer must contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the product, attaching photos of the damage or defect. After reviewing the claim, we will arrange the pickup and replacement of the product at no additional cost, or proceed with a full refund if preferred by the customer.
5. Incorrect Products
If we mistakenly send a product different from the one ordered:
- The customer must notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and replaced at no extra cost. If the correct product is no longer available, a full refund will be offered.
