All products offered on www.compraordenadores.es are refurbished equipment. These products have been inspected, tested, and made available for sale in accordance with high-quality standards, although they may show slight signs of use. Each item includes a detailed description of its features and condition. -
Prices
The prices indicated on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, they do not include shipping costs, which will be specified during the purchase process and must be accepted by the customer before finalizing the order. -
Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform them and offer an alternative, a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to wait until the product is available again. -
Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the customer must follow these steps:

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays in the mainland, where the time may be up to 72/96 hours.
During holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday, or national holidays, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24/72 hours due to the high volume of shipments.
Shipping costs: These will be calculated during the purchase process according to the delivery address.
